OVA mRNA-LNP Premade Lipid Nanoparticle Kit
OVA mRNA-LNP is a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) containing Ovalbumin mRNA. LNP can facilitate transfection of encapsulated mRNA into cells or in vivo delivery. After transfection in vitro or endosomal escape in vivo, mRNA can be released and translated into eGFP.
This product utilizes the lipid nanoparticle technology for simple and efficient delivery of OVA mRNA to a variety of mammalian cells, including cell cultures which may typically be prone to difficulties in expressing desired proteins. The LNP’s used are formulated with ionizable lipid, DSPC, cholesterol, and DMG-PEG2000 at optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery.
Ovalbumin (OVA) mRNA (m1Ψ) is a synthetic messenger RNA encoding the ovalbumin protein, the predominant glycoprotein found in egg whites.
This product is suitable for research of RNA delivery, translation efficiency, cell viability, etc.
