Cas9mRNA-LNP Premade Lipid Nanoparticle Kit
 
Cas9mRNA-LNP is a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) containing Cas9mRNA. LNP can facilitate transfection of encapsulated mRNA into cells or in vivo delivery. After transfection in vitro or endosomal escape in vivo, mRNA can be released and translated into Cas9 protein.
 
This product utilizes the lipid nanoparticle technology for simple and efficient delivery of Cas9 mRNA to a variety of mammalian cells, including cell cultures which may typically be prone to difficulties in expressing desired proteins. The LNP’s used are formulated with, Ionizable lipid, DSPC, cholesterol, and DMG-PEG2000 at optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery.

 This product is suitable for research of RNA delivery, translation efficiency, cell viability, etc.
