Intended use
This kit is used to detect JAK2 gene V617F mutation in tissue DNA and cfDNA of plasma samples (COSM12600, c.1849G>T)

Test Principle
This kit utilizes droplet digital PCR technology combined with Taqman fluorescent probe technology to detect the V617F mutation.
 
In the digital PCR cartridge, the sample is randomly partitioned into tens of thousands of generated water-in-oil droplets, the droplets are subjected to PCR thermal cycling, and the fluorescence signal of each droplet is read after the PCR reaction, and the Poisson distribution principle is used for statistics and analysis to achieve accurate detection of the JAK2 gene mutation V617F. The wild-type gene detection probe is fluorescently labeled with HEX and the mutant gene detection probe is fluorescently labeled with FAM.
